Joel Broyles has been a licensed Texas broker since 2004, with over 22 years of experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market. As the former managing Texas broker for a publicly-traded SFR REIT, Joel has built deep operational expertise in institutional single-family rental dispositions.

With more than 1,000 total transactions across DFW - including 400+ sell-side institutional dispositions - Joel brings submarket-level pricing knowledge that drives faster sales and stronger net proceeds for institutional sellers.

Joel has underwritten 20,000+ homes for institutional buyers, deployed over $70M in DFW acquisitions, and managed the renovation of 350+ properties ($8M+ in capex). As DFW's top institutional SFR broker, he operates at the intersection of institutional SFR and local market expertise.
